Haven Inner West is our original studio, offering body-affirming movement since 2018 - initially as a one-woman-band from a little room in the back streest of Summer Hill!

Originally designed as a safe Haven for for women-only, Haven has always been a welcoming space for those seeking a fitness community free from diet culture but as we grew, so did the demand from a broader range of people—not just women—seeking an inclusive place to move.

Through conversations with our community, Haven Inner West expanded beyond women-only and now remains a space for women as well as non-binary, trans-masc, and gender-diverse folk. (We proudly opened Haven City to accommodate all genders!).
