BOOKING & CANCELLING CLASSES

Group classes can be booked up to 15-30 minutes before (depending on time, location - if you can't book you've missed the booking window). 

Can't make it? You can cancel up to a generous 2 hours before and you won't forfeit your class credit!

BOOKING PRACTITIONER SERVICES

Our lovely team of praccies can support you with nutrition (non-diet approach), body image counselling, and even massage and skincare! Learn about their offerings and book them directly here.
