This retreat is designed to help you embrace and improve your relationship with movement, focusing on vitality, joy, and a deep sense of well-being.


What to expect

  • Daily yoga & movement sessions with Anna and Myf, blending strength, mobility, and mindful movement with an intuitive approach, and the invitation to explore what brings joy to movement for you.

  • Fully catered with nourishing vegetarian & vegan meals crafted from ethically sourced ingredients to support your energy and well-being.

  • Mini workshops around joyful movement with Myf. 

  • Complimentary 2:1 buddy session with another participant with either Coach Myf or Anna, to dive a little deeper into your personal movement.

  • Opportunities for rest and exploration—get to know your fellow participants, read by the pool, take a nature walk, or enjoy time for quiet reflection.

All rooms are beautifully appointed and include 3 x twin-share, 2 x private rooms, & 1 x deluxe twin-share (with private ensuite). There are 3 full bathroom to share amongst the guests in addition to the delux twin-share ensuite.

FAQs

WHAT TIME WILL THE RETREAT BEGIN?                

Saturday 12th April 2pm. Guests may arrive between 1-2pm. 


WHAT TIME DOES THE RETREAT END?

Monday 14th April 5pm.


WHERE IS THE RETREAT? 

In Bowen Mountain, at the foot of the Blue Mountains - 1 hour from Haven Inner West, or 18 minutes by Uber from Richmond Station. 


DO I NEED TO BYO YOGA MAT?  

No - you can pack lightly! Everything is provided for you including mats and bolsters. 


WHAT LEVEL ARE THE CLASSES TAUGHT AT?    

As always at Haven, we'll be offering variations to support a variety of levels and all our Havenites are welcome.


IS EVERYTHING COMPULSORY?     

Not at all! Although we're offering a variety of movement practices and offerings daily, you may participate as much or as little as you like! 


CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS 

Unfortunately we don't have a lot of wiggle room so the deposit is non-refundable.

Any cancellations must be notified by email. Fees will be charged if you cancel your booking. This includes all fees charged by suppliers and may be up to 100% of the booking price. If you're unable to attend due to extenuating circumstances (eg serious injury, accident) we will consider on a case by case basis and may offer a credit for future events, or a partial refund. A full refund may be possible only if you are able to secure another Havenite in your place.
If you fail to show up for any reason no refund will be given. No refund can be offered for reduction of stay and no refunds can be given for change of mind. 


In the event that we do not meet the minimum number of bookings to provide the retreat, a reschedule or a full refund will be offered, however you shall not be entitled to make any claim for loss as a consequence of said cancellation. 


WHAT SHOULD I BRING? 

To make the most of your retreat experience in the beautiful Blue Mountains, we recommend packing the following essentials:

  • Comfortable gym/yoga wear for daily movement and yoga sessions.

  • Sneakers/walking shoes for optional nature walks.

  • Swimwear if you wish to make use of the pool or participate in pool sessions. 

  • A reusable water bottle to stay hydrated.

  • Notebook & pen for journaling, reflections, or capturing insights from the retreat.

  • Personal toiletries and any medications or vitamins you require.

  • A hat & sunglasses for outdoor activities.

  • Flip flops/slides for easy comfort around the retreat space.

  • Light pajamas for a restful night’s sleep.

  • Device chargers (though we encourage screen-free time!).

  • Insect repellent if you’re sensitive to bites.

WHAT TYPE OF FOOD IS PROVIDED AND WHAT IF I HAVE SPECIAL DIETARY REQUESTS? 

Wholesome mostly vegetarian & vegan dishes sourced ethically by our wonderful con-site caterer, Clare!  Snacks including fruit plus juice, tea & coffee will also be offered. Special dietary requests can be catered for upon prior request. 


IS THERE ALCOHOL? 

This is an alcohol-free retreat.
