Our wonderful VA Elvi is a master at juggling multiple admin & comminity care needs, from handling emails, chats & membership queries, to managing accounts and supporting the EP & PT team with bookings, she does it all!

She is the person you'll often be liaising with around membership changes and pauses and a variety of general enquiries as she manages the inbox Monday-Friday.

Though Admin Elvi works remotely from her home in the Phillipines, she is just as much part of our team and those on site, and we're grateful to have her! She has been with us since 2023 - and her iniative, willingness to go the extra mile, learn about our business, high work ethics and a genuine warm approach to our community has meant the world to us.

Away from her desk, Elvi is a busy mum of one awesome daughter, three mischievous cats, and a loyal dog!
